"Last year (2021) when I visited S&W Coin in Gettysburg, the older gentleman who greeted me and did business with me was pleasant, courteous, and fair. I regret I cannot say the same for the younger man who spoke to me today on the phone. He was rude, unfriendly, and barely let me explain what I had to offer. He rushed me and hung-up the phone on me before I was done talking! I neither did nor said anything to deserve such poor service and disrespect! S&W has lost my business forever - and I buy and sell a lot of gold and silver bullion during a year! Good-bye."

"Not sure where the reviews about the people being polite came from. Have never had rude service like this anywhere else. They do have a great selection of coins but the person on staff today could not kick us out fast enough and they don't close for another 40 minutes. Rude and will not be back again. My husbands ended up walking away from over $400 in coins he had picked out. So rude when he said something to the salesperson about it being too much trouble we can leave... The sales person said GOOD... LEAVE... BYE!"
