"We have been a part of the New Dance Workshop family for about 10 years now. My daughter started taking tap and ballet at age 4. She loves her dance teachers and friends so much. The dance opportunities they offer (such as auditioning to perform in the Nutcracker Ballet with a professional Ukrainian Ballet Company, Dance Company auditions to perform in Disney World, local parades, mall performances, assisted living facilities and festivals, trips to see shows at the Walnut Street Theater, and participating in workshops with professional dancers on Broadway, special performances at the Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Flyers and the Iron Pigs and choreographing group dances for a special Choreographer's Recital, etc.) have been great experiences. My daughter's love of dance and confidence have blossomed thanks to NDW. It has been awesome watching her expand her dance interests from tap and ballet to include jazz, hip hop, and modern ballet. We do not feel like we have missed out at all by not participating in dance competitions. We are grateful that NDW has been able to pivot to virtual classes on Zoom so our daughter could continue sharpening her dance skills and laughing with her dance instructors and friends. Ms. Marlyn and Ms. Jen always go above and beyond for their dancers and their families. We love them!"
