"Do NOT go to this place. My dentist referred me to this place and it was the worst. We waited almost 1.5 hours just to be told that we had to pay 2500 up front even though we have two insurance policies. There was no payment plan option nor were we told in advance. I feel sorry for those who are in pain and can’t afford relief. They were disorganized. The office is tiny and there is no real privacy. Also, they had the TV on a show depicting animals eating each other. Why???? In a dental place where you need to manage an anxiety Deplorable."

"What an incredible experience getting my wisdom tooth removed. Some of the most kind and compassionate staff I have ever met!!!!!! I had previously gone to MOSA and it was such a horrible experience, I walked out right after being numbed incorrectly. Going into my Appointment at Greenbelt Oral I was very nervous because of that bad experience, however, not only did I get a last-minute appointment, but the staff was just incredible. I cannot even begin to describe the level of kindness and care the staff at this office have. Dr. Joyce performed my surgery and had two assistants helping throughout. Not only did they constantly assure and prove that I was in good hands, but they took the time to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Joyce and the two assistants constantly took their time with each step before, during, and after the procedure. The office was clean, the staff practiced amazing hygiene and were very communicative with me. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful and calming experience. I went in nervous and anxious and left with so much joy and calmness. The surgery was pain-free and very quick!!! It is obvious the team loves what they do and truly cares for the patient."
