"My experience was great, but my husband's was not - same day visits. New patients, scheduled our cleanings as I've done at every other dental office. My visit went as expected. The staff were excellent and I felt that I received great communication in my areas of improvement and what to watch out for. My husband on the other hand didn't actually get a cleaning. He was told to wait in the waiting room after x-rays and initial time in the chair, so we did. The front desk staff then asked if we needed anything else (why were we still there). When he said he was waiting as instructed and still needed his cleaning, he was informed there would be no cleaning and it's not guaranteed in the visit. It is very difficult for him to get time off. If we had known this, he would have selected another dental office. I've never seen this before and had no idea to expect it."

"Wow! What a great dentist visit! Ever since I was a child, I have a dreaded going to the dentist, for over 60 years now, but today, Dr. Tolu and her hygienist, Jackie made me feel so relaxed, so comfortable. The entire office staff is so professional, so welcoming, I can say I actually enjoyed getting to meet them and work with them. Their sense of humor is also absolutely wonderful. The exam was very thorough and complete, Jackie explained what was going on and what she was doing all the way through the exam, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Tolu explained what the best professional treatment would be, gave me all the costs and options upfront. The office is super clean, TV and magazines in the waiting room as well as TVs in the exam rooms. It takes a lot to impress me, and I can say I am truly and thoroughly impressed, Dr. Tolu, Jackie, Leslie, and the entire office staff have my dental business from now on."
