"Kyle inspected a peculiar smell coming from our basement washroom at our home in Baltimore. He found a deceased ground squirrel hidden above the light switch in the washroom. Kyle is both proficient and skillful. He fixed a dripping sink faucet in our bathroom, swapped our old water heaters with new ones from Jermaine's Water Heaters, replaced one of our kitchen waste disposals, and fitted a water softener. We're extremely appreciative of his assistance and dedicated effort."
