"The work JES did in our basement was to install an interior French drain and sump pump. Overall the work was done well, and the crew was friendly. There was was still a small amount of water coming in after the initial work was done, and trying to get ahold of someone to do further work was very difficult - it took weeks of calling before we were actually able to schedule someone to come back. There were a few hang ups and trial and error with the remaining work, but eventually the basement was completely leak-free. We especially appreciate Adonis and David Trevor for making sure things finally got done the right way. JES could improve their interior communication, but the work they did was great, and we had good experiences with every crew member that came to our house."

"Santos, Warren , and Ricky were excellent to work with and did a great job repairing my townhome foundation. They were prompt and professional. Santos was very communicative and kept me updated concerning the progress of the work. The team was extremely accommodating and able to work efficiently through two days of heavy snow. They also did a great job cleaning up the equipment and work debris. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing foundation work in the MD area!!"

"I highly recommend this company. I have a 120 year old home that had a severely compromised wood foundation beam in the crawl space as well as major flooding issues. The work they provide is stellar and knowing the work is covered for life by a trusted, backed and well known company is beyond reassuring and worth the higher price tag. Especially for something as important as foundational work. The foreman, Aden, blew me away with his professionalism, respect, communication, knowledge and skills. His crew followed suit. They also went the extra mile and helped me connect my downspouts to the buried sump pump discharge pipe creating a more effective and seamless system. Additionally, we hit a few logistical errors due to some miscommunication with the sales rep. Both the production and general managers came out, listened to my concerns and appreciated what I had to say. They worked with me, then went above and beyond to rectify the issues and make up for any inconvenience. All said and done, I can rest easy knowing I trusted JES to shore up my home."

"Daquan A. and Davin G. showed up at the house on time as promised and did a fantastic job repairing our driveway and lifting it up to make it easier to drive into the garage. They also did a little extra work to complement their already awesome work in lifting the steps to the front patio and meshing in the other half of the driveway for the other garage. They were done in 1.5 hours and were on to the next job. I would recommend JES to anyone requiring the services they offer. Very professional group. Great job!"

"My overall experience with JES was great! The inspection with Zachariah was painless. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease. Also, thanks to him, we were able to get a grant from the county that covered the majority of the cost of our repairs. The team that did the work (Darrell, Ricky, and Laken) were very professional, friendly, and thorough. They got the work done in the exact amount of time they said and they did it well. My only complaint was how long it took for someone to contact me after the inspection was done to schedule when the work was to be completed. But, overall, our experience was very good and I'm glad we decided on JES."
