"I went to this location in distress and was completely taking advantage of in hindsight. My vehicle stopped on me and I pushed it here. My alternator had come a loose. These ppl were asked to remove a screw that had broken off and install a new one to secure my alternator. They charged me $100. I was advised everything was fixed. FASTFORWARD approximately a year later. Alternator went up(it was bad buy, another review, another vendor) I had my mechanic to remove the old one to take and exchange for a new one. He informs me the screw that I paid Goodyear to remove was STILL in my engine!! They took a smaller screw and just pushed the broken screw down enough to tighten my alternator. NO ONE told me this. My car has now been in the shop for two days trying to get this crew out! If you could not do the job correctly I definitely should have been advised and given the option to move forward with what you chose to do on your own and taking my money under false pretenses. Do not go here. They need clear windows so you can see what the are doing to your vehicle. BEWARE"
