"Don’t come to this place unless it’s a super easy fix. Took my device here and they said 1-3 weeks. I gave them an extra week for the holiday and they were closed because apparently they don’t have enough employees (Asurion didn’t seem to know they were closed either). Came to get my device and the guy was very passive aggressive. This place is privately owned, but is part of Asurion franchise. Asurion was more reliable with keeping customers in the loop about your device than the private owned business. Honestly, they could’ve called and said they couldn’t fix it at the moment or a plain update. I’m only upset because this device means a lot to me."

"Because the stores have become more legit, I tried to go for a second time for a personal phone, and they deliver properly. My phone charging port was jacked up and I figured it was something bent and I would pay it. I don’t know at least 50 or $60 and dude just ended up cleaning out all the gunk and said no charge so I advise that place because it’s legitimately helping y’all, also the original time was they went and fixed my girlfriends phone battery within like a few hours and it wasn’t hardly price and it seems to have been fixed since so again second recommendation to add a two times they’ve helped me out and now they saved me money, so why not?"

"Due to some unlucky drops, I’ve brought my phone here twice. Gabriel gave excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and the screen replacement was extremely fast!"

"Adam who was the person I dealt with out front was really helpful and really made sure to explain what was going on. I got some bad news about my phone (it's unrepairable), but dealing with a person who is that kind to customers made the experience so much better than it could have been. I wish every business had people like that working with their customers."
