"Guys a clown. Can't do math, had a chain repaired. Deal was he'd keep pendant and excess gold and it'd be an even deal.... Ends up calling saying I owe $50 so I go there and ask how I owe 50 when previous deal was keeping excess gold and cross pendant as a trade in to offset cost of repair of necklace. He said he didn't weigh excess gold but would give me $20 for pendant.... That tells you there was $30 of excess gold. Actually gave this sleezeball another chance at buying a piece of jewelry..... Brought a Thom Duma 4500 ring with appraisal papers in there and he offered 500 for the ring... He can't even tell color of diamomds and always just assumes it's a grade worse but wants to give you a price on a diamond. Said Thom Dumas appraisal was being generous on the color... Who am I going to believe Thom Duma or Mike from "cash for gift cards and gold" psh psh psh .... which there is nothing on display and everything comes out in plastic zip lock bags. Even with the business I already gave him, the ring I had and 2!! Rings I wanted to buy...Wouldn't budge on price at all this is a cash for gold place, not Zales, always negotiatable. Said I was disrespectful (kept my cool but wasn't thrilled by his smirky remarks) for offering $170 when he wanted $175 . All the business opportunity gone for 5. Apparently doesn't value returning customers. then told me to go to Thom Duma actually 'go to Tommy' and pay $600 for the same piece of jewelry. He said this while also laughing. Thom Duma is a world renowned jewelery company, who can buy this sleeseball 10x over if he wanted too. Ended up at Samuels jewelery in Austintown (the best experience. Every employee kind, knowledge and wanting to see us get what we wanted at a fair price), they told me lots of customers come from this cash for gold place to them because of how low of prices he offers. Even found a ring better than the one he wanted $175 for at Samuels jewelers for $80. Told me to go to Thom Duma and pay $600 for the ring.... Go to your wholesale diamond buyer who's going to give you $30 when I was almost dumb enough to give you $170 psh psh psh... I'd throw my gold out the window before I sold it to this low balling sleeseball... Actually if you want to sell gold at a fair price contact me, not him. He'll pay you $10 a gram when going rate for scrap is $24. Clown. You sell to this guy it's like selling your soul. If you're selling your stuff here you must be in serious need, or a fool. Somehow he's a tax guy and has no knowledge of numbers.... Wouldn't trust him with a simple math equation let alone my taxes. Psh psh psh. Unreal."

"This place is a trashy dealing place!!! They said that everything was only worth $50 we took there, and one ring in gold was $100 at a square dealing place that gave us $580 for the jewelry. This place says they buy diamonds and precious stones, but told us the diamonds, sapphires, rubys in our stuff was junk and no value, but was given $345 for them at the bottom dollar scale on everything we had with us. We left this place and went straight to cash land and sold the gold for the 580, and the stones to a dealer in youngstown the next day. These men need to rip people off to buy super sized meals, glutton, shiasters!!! I am gonna have friends get a price value for some jewelery and take to these guys to see how much they try to rip people off, then picket in front off their store!!! Give them reviews they deserve and earn."
