"So I came in to the office today for a appointment I had scheduled over a year and the office manager canceled the appointment because I didn’t confirm it… if I call up and cancel an appointment that is one thing but to cancel an appointment because I can’t respond to you is horrible customer service I’ve been going to this office for three years an never have I ever been treated so horribly and instead of trying to be understanding and saying let me see what I can do for you and squeeze you in she kept arguing with me. Mind you I called in 1-2 weeks ago to confirm my appointment which should have been good enough ..: then when I asked for her boss she refused to have her boss reach out to me… disgusted with there policy … you know some people work a lot and don’t have time to answer the phone or email and so they just come to an appointment"
