"I went to the 8th Street Store from a recommendation by a friend. I needed to replace two diamonds, one on my engagement ring, and the other on my wedding band. I was devastated when I lost them. I held on to them for a very long time thinking that I could not afford to have the repairs done. My friend told me to try Erie Gold Exchange. She said they were honest and fair in their prices. I have my rings back and I couldn't be happier! They look as beautiful as the day I first got them. They not only replaced the stones that were missing, but made sure the pins holding all the stones were secure and I also had my ring sized. They also cleaned my rings and made them sparkle! I wish now that I hadn't put it off for so long. The staff are friendly, and helpful and I would recommend anyone that needs a good place to either buy something, or even get an estimate on something you already own and are thinking of selling, to give this place a try. You won't be disappointed."

"This review is for the West 8th location. Very friendly staff. Always greets you as you walk in. Clean environment with a wide selection of jewelry to choose from. I’ve experienced purchasing with Julie. She is extremely kind & patient as I like to look at different pieces of jewelry and ask questions about everything. Smooth transactions. They have even sized a diamond ring for me on them. They even have brought jewelry from their peach street location so I could try it on at the West 8th location. I have bought plenty of jewelry from them….Love this place!!!"

"If you have coins don't deal with this place you will get ripped off. Instead Google coin dealers in your area. Get a piece of paper and pencil. Call 10 of them and write down what they're willing to pay for junk silver or silver 1oz rounds. Go to the one buying for the highest prices and they should treat you right. Some dealers like these guys will pay under spot while others will pay a good premium over spot price."

"Came in today to sell some of my jewelry. The staff was very friendly and professional. Got to take a look around the store while a staff member tested my jewelry/weighed it and gave me a pretty good quote on all of it. The store is very clean, and they have amazing items, specially antique desks/clocks. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend this facility if you have any gold or silver you want to sell to make a little extra money."
