Geek Squad

"Had an auto installation appointment moved by Geek Squad last minute to fit their schedule only to show up and see that the store is closed. I tried the main entrance and calling both the store and the customer service line but got no help. After they open I go in to find out there is a side entrance marked "FIRE EXIT" with a geek squad sign with NO hours posted that you're supposed to use. When I asked the auto guy about it and said how I've been here for an hour with no sign of being helped his response was "Well that's strange since I've been here since 9:30 so..." Very clearly being snide instead of understanding. If you've never been to this location for auto help then you have a 0% chance of knowing this door is usable and when somebody calls me to talk about the appointment you think you could mention that. Already had to drive 30 mins here since my store doesn't do auto work, good thing my replacement appointment is at another location since they guy couldn't be bothered to even call to confirm the appointment like literally anybody good at customer service would."

"Incompetent when it comes to custom built desktop computers. Brought it in for windows which they couldn't figure out how to install and blamed the problem on a wifi card in the PCIE slot (there was no card in said PCIE slot) so I got to go pick up my non working PC and brought it to micro center who installed Windows same day. Nice people but they need better PC techs, maybe one that can look at a motherboard and not all a liquid cooled graphics card a wifi card."

"took the i mac to woodbridge location .my i mac had a alots of pop up after 2 hours they called me to inform me the fan is not working the computer is warming up and was told it will take from $300.00 to $600.00 to get it fixed plus shipping to the center I had bought tech support for $200.00 for one year from geek squad they told me this cost is not included my mistake i should never paid $200.00 program from them just rip off I took the computer to apple store in stonebridge .extremely friendly tech josh took 5 minutes to fix the problem .nothing was wrong with fan he just downloaded malware and the pop up stoped .it was done with out cost I would never go to geek squad again"
