"Bailey at the Prince Frederick store was exceptionally helpful. She kept me updated thru the whole process. Great employee. On the other hand the employee st the California MD store was rude and lazy. I went there at 5 pm on Friday, Mayb5th to have a battery replaced. This jerk looked at me and said we don't have them. Now I had called early that morning and the gentleman that answered the phone put us on hold and politely said they did have replacement arteries for my phone. The jerk.thst waited on me said that person didn't know what he was talking about. I said well can you please check. With a sigh he went yo the back and returned in less than a minute and said they didn't have any. Then ge said is there anything else. I told him no because someone was lying and I'm pretty sure it's you. I also told him I wouldn't let him touch any equipment I owned. Called Prince Frederick store and Bailey was very nice and said that her store was getting ready to close but she had the battery I thought I needed and she would be happy to help me firs thing in the morning. And that she did without complaining, rolling her eyes or sighing. She was extremely great. I will never return to your California MD store. Please express my gratitude to Bailey for helping me."

"This is a great location. The service is reasonably fast and the staff genuinely cares about their products and services. Although the cost is a bit on the mid/high side, you won't find a better location with the same level of response time. They also have multiple locations, so getting a item you might need can be a call away. You just need to be patient and if they send the correct model and brand item but in the wrong color, the staff will likely schedule another time to exchange the product for the correct one. So they clearly stand behind their products. It was not a huge problem having to wait on a correction but it could be for some customers. Overall a job well done. Keep up the good work."
