"I would give them a 5 for the paint job & repair. But they broke my key and denied it. It was not broken when I gave it to them. You can tell they broke it by turning it improperly with force. Plus the Receptionist name Linda was rude and hang up the phone on me when I questioned about it. Linda told my husband, myself & the insurance company 3 different untruthful stories about my key & that I hung up on her, which wasn't true. No picture nor statements was taken or noted about a broken key because it was never an issue when I gave my key to her. I asked if I could get a return call from Harold himself to let him know about my key and how rude Linda was to me. No call was returned, I guess she didn't deliver the message."
