Grace's Shoe Repair

"OM...I don't even know where to start. I went to pick up my shoes that cost a fortune and the owner treated me so badly. I had an allergy attack and was sneezing when I got there. I asked the owner if he had a tissue or a sheet of paper towel since I left my purse in the car. He completely declined to help and treated me like an object after spending more than $150 for a shoe repair. He was rude and very unprofessional. He even sprayed while was still there and handed me my shoes without a bag. I felt so humiliated and cannot believe his lack of compassion. His customer service was horrible. Please take your business where you feel respected. He lost me forever. I do not recommend Grace's Shoe Repair."

"Please do not use this place, very mean owner. Prices are too high i tried negotiate because i had 3 bags and he refuse to listen and told me to go to another shop. How rude do NOT give him your business"

"This was a quaint shoe store that has been in business on main Street for 12 years. The owner was friendly and very accommodating. I came in with a pair of shoes to have lifts placed on them and he was very quick and delightful to speak to. I recommend this place highly."

"I found the price a bit higher but the quality of work very pleasing. So, I guess the saying you get what you pay for is true. My only problem is I dropped off and paid for a pair of shoes before COVID 19 and now their number is disconnected. So, will I ever get my shoes back and will they open back up? I would hope the owner reaches back out to everyone who has items still at his store if they don’t remain open and give us a chance to get our shoes back. HENCE, why they received this score. UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner and I have picked up my shoes. They look terrific. I am well pleased with them and their customer service. I would promote and suggest if you need a good shoe repair go here."

"This used to be my go to shoe repair spot. They are pricey but always have done a decent job. They lost a customer last month when my elderly mother's car broke down out back in one of their two customer parking spaces. My mom called me and I went to assist her and called for a tow. The owner lost patience while we waited for a tow truck. He told us we had to move her disabled car out of his wife's parking space! I could not believe how they treated my mom after she had just picked her shoes up. Customer service is everything. It was very hot and I had a dress on trying to push my mother's car out of the spot. What makes it bad is that they had another parking spot! A gentleman helped me push my mom's car out of their space. The wife came and saw what was going on and parking in the space that would make it inconvenient for the tow truck to move my mom's car. I could not believe this establishment treated an elderly customer so bad. I was in total disbelief! They will never get another dime for me or anyone I know. Grace's is no bueno!"
