"This brand has really went down over the years. The fact that they constantly are changing their store return policy is crazy to me. And on top of that I mean we all know that the clothes are not of the best quality. But now they're not even true to size. I brought three pair of jeans for my daughter and size that because she likes to wear them big. Not only did the jeans no longer fit. But because I can't find the receipt I can't return them nor can I get. So I have three pair of jeans that I can do nothing with. I'll definitely be going from now on."

"Customer service is horrible , I had been calling the store for 2 days and no one ever answered. I asked the cashier if I could exchange a pair of boots because I did not have the receipt and I only needed another size for the same boot. The cashier said no! she didn't explain why, she said no I can not give you the money back or a credit without the receipt. I explained again that I just wanted a different size. Then the cashier says no again this is our new policy and it's on the wall and the back of the receipt. after finding my receipt see highlighted area."

"Just left there, the cashier never greeted me, just says bodysuits are non returnable, not sure of the cashiers name but he wasn’t friendly at all after spending $100.00 in the store he didn’t even say thank you, have a good day, anything besides here you go. I think he forgot Customers pay him. I almost was about to return the items right there. won’t be shopping there anymore! Customer service is EVERYTHING. Hopefully this store takes that in consideration! Occurred at 3:46 pm on this day!"
