"We called and had service with 90 minutes. Matt and Jose were great. We had an issue with an odor we thought was coming from a sump pump but Matt investigated and determined it was not from there. He then quickly diagnosed the problem as a loose connection on the water heater exhaust. It was a quick fix but it could have been a disaster with a carbon monoxide issue. Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended."
"Had a late evening toilet overflow that reached two levels of my home. The tech arrived a lot faster than I expected. He did a thorough job of assessing the situation and made sure that I had a damage assessment set up that same evening. He explained everything he was doing, what the damage assessor would do and made me feel very at ease in a tough situation. The damage assessor explained thoroughly how everything works and walked us through the steps on how to get the situation cleared up. I was able to still get a decent night's sleep since I knew everything that needed/was going to happen. I would definitely call them again if I had any other issues."
