"Beware!!! I took my computer in to get the port fixed on 8/8/22 the guy was supposed to call me back on 8/12/22 to pick it up it was supposed to be fixed. He never called me back so I called him and he informed me that he couldnt find the part and can I please come pick it up the next day. So my thoughts was if he couldn't fix it then why didnt he call me sooner. So I go pick it up today and he tells me can I have a seat for a few minutes now I'm thinking if it cant be fixed give me my computer so I can be on my way. When I finally get my computer back and look at it he broke the cd/dvd player on the side and told me he didn't do it and I brought it in like that. That's why he didn't call me because he broke my laptop that's why he had me sitting and waiting because he was back there trying to fix it. The only thing that was wrong with my computer was the port needed fixing. I always wonder why I walk into these kind of establishments and people be cussing them out or the cops be involved because they be literally destroying people's electronics. Think twice before taking your stuff to Phone Fix Center because these people are incompetent and they can't fix anything."
