"Waste of time going here. Wanted to buy a 4x8 sheet of pvc and asked them to cut it in 3 pieces. They stated that they don’t cut pvc only wood. I explained we buy the same items at Home Depot’s all around the area and they cut it to the sizes we want for a fee. The manager told me the pvc sheet will tear up the saw. The pvc is designed to be cut and fastened just like wood. There’s no consistency across Home Depot stores. The young person who claimed she was the manager was clueless. She didn’t want to listen about the sheet being cut like wood. So tired of hearing “I’m sorry about that from the employees Avoid this place…"

Service desk she said look in lumber the lumber guy in told me to look in the isle we may have an extra one there. Finally I googled it and ot told me where to look for something similar and of course there were none. Disappointed with service again. However I used to install carpet for HD the Montgomery County/Gaithersburg stores always had your back. Knowledgeable staff I'd never have wandered around for an hour looking for anything. There are plenty of orange aprons/shirts to assist. It makes me feel like my money is not that important in my area.
