"Cannot get through to the main reception desk. . They never return calls, takes forever to get prescriptions checked in and the order corrected. The Assistant to Dr Toman has no Empathy or compassion for the patients or at least not in my experience with them. . I was five minutes late and the assistant would not even come out to greet me. I was in a lot of pain but it didn’t matter to her at all."
