"I brought my GTI in for service recently, and would say service was pretty sloppy especially for the amount we paid. I told the service desk that my front driver side wheel had brake dust and they instead came back with recommendations for the other tires and didnt address the front one at all. Second, they said my wheels were squeaking... it was raining when I brought it in and squeaking was not a known problem when driving in. They gave me quotes for up to an additional $1000 worth of work for unnecessary things I suspect because I am a woman. Last I had a tire replaced and they did not put a valve cap on the new tire, and when I picked up my car, my lights in the backseat had been left on for hours. Although minor things, these are basic pieces of service that should matter to a service center. I will be taking my car to a different dealer for service due to this experience."

"The layout in the service department leaves almost ZERO room for people to stand and wait for a representative, and it's impossible to queue correctly besides having to remember who arrived in which order. Also, in the last 3 times I've taken my car in, there have been 3 screw-ups. Each time, I was left a voicemail stating, "Your car is ready", only to arrive and find out requested services beyond the oil change (tire rotation, tire replacement) had not been done. I had to wait an average of 90 minutes for these services, and I don't live nearby. While the services, once they were actually done, were of good quality, I can't risk taking my car here in the future. I'm driving an extra 40+ minutes, each way, down to Manassas with the hopes of getting a service experience with at least a passing grade."

"We purchased a VW ID 4. Sales representative Israel was superb. The Finance Manager, Anya Merchant was extremely knowledgeable, patient, meticulous, and friendly. The atmosphere at Lindsay VW is very welcoming and every employee we encounter was friendly and helpful. Great place !!!!!"

"I cannot wait until I pay off my car and get my title so I can sell it and never step foot in this dealership again. I have brought my car in only twice for service and each time has been the literal definition of an absolute nightmare. The first time my car needed an electronics upgrade in addition to the 10,000 mile service. Said it would be ready that day. Nope. No call, finally called right before closing to find that the person doing the upgrades has left for the day around 4 and would get to it tomorrow. Thanks for the call Lindsay. The next day when my car was finally ready I waited 45 minutes for them to actually bring it to me. After the first 30 minutes I asked someone and found out the service tech never actually asked anyone to get my car. Thanks Lindsay. I didn’t say anything at that point, shrugging it off as a one time bad luck experience. Yesterday I brought in my car for a 20,000 service and to repair the broken sunglass holder. I had tried to get in touch with the service desk already about the issue, once directly through phone, once through survey, and once through the parts department, where I was transferred and immediately hung up on. Fine. I’ll just talk to them when I get there in two weeks. My service day finally comes and after 5 minutes of awkwardly being ignored at the service entrance I finally get summoned over to William. Super nice man, he tells me the repair is super easy and they can have my car done that day no problem. He asked by when and I say 5pm. Great! I leave finally feeling like I might have a shot this time getting my car back on the same day. Nope. No call. It’s now Saturday morning, I call and find out my tech is not working and my car had never been looked at. I asked if they could look at it today and the man on the phone said he would see if anyone could add it in today but no promises and that they would call me when it’s done. Thanks Lindsay for continuing the impeccable service I have come to expect from your exemplary staff. If you are still considering a car service or servicing department, I highly consider looking elsewhere. My friend who goes here always has great service, but for some reason I am cursed to always be ignored and forgotten about."

"This place has always done right by me... since 2018 when I bought my Tiguan, and a few days later my Jetta... everything I come for service or even questions they always help out.. Marco in service and Steven on sales will go to War for you!!... today I'm interested trying to spend my hard Earned money on a new Atlas.. and sure enough Steven is doing his thing again!!!
