"Echoing what others have said: Bruce is extremely poor at communication at best, possibly something else at worst. Dropped off my machine with him two months ago for repairs. I understand that parts can be delayed with the pandemic, but what I don't think is appropriate is the refusal to answer the phone, respond to emails or text messages, etc. Bruce has gone completely radio silent for two weeks now, and not only do I have no idea when my machine will be repaired, I can't even get it back so I can take it to someone else. Do not give this company any money upfront, do not give them your machine, do not let them take anything of yours out of sight."

"Paid in full for an espresso machine over 8 months ago and still don’t have it. Bruce does not return phone calls or emails, refuses to give me a refund, and makes up a new story about why the machine is delayed every time I manage to get in touch with him. He led me on for months that the machine would arrive “in about two weeks” and now I have lost an entire summer’s worth of business. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS GUY. He is completely unorganized at best, a scam artist at worst. ****Editing to reply to the response from owner. I was NEVER offered a loner machine. Additionally, I was repeatedly lied to about the machine being in transit when in fact it hadn't even been manufactured. When I asked for a refund Bruce told me he couldn't give me my money back because the machine had already shipped. But when I then called the manufacturer to verify, they told me the machine hadn't even been completed yet. Again, this guy is a liar, don't do business with him."

He had a remarkable amount of expertise with coffees and coffee equipment. I learned about how to better care for my machine as well.
