"Terrible service. I had used them before and didn’t like their service then. The repairman is short and curt. This last time he not only did not fix my washing machine but also left it in worse condition. I called them to complain and the owner denied even coming to my home via American Home Shield. Never use them again."

"No call back. No idea about updates. Left my home after less than 10 minutes reporting a need to order parts for my washer repair. It’s been 7 days and no further contact. I’m surprised AHS utilizes this company."

"I’m assuming the person doing all of the services calls is the owner since the “business number” is also his cellphone. American Home Shield uses them as a third party contractor and if I could switch to another company I would. Unfortunately I still have to deal with these people until my fridge is fixed. The first visit to my home wasn’t bad, but parts had to be ordered and they had to come back to my home again today. The owner insinuated that I purposely broke my fridge, repeatedly and I had to defend myself. Just now, over the phone, scheduling another appointment to finish this fridge, I asked him not to communicate with my sister, who will be here to open the door for him, but to call me if there are any problems. Instead of agreeing, he became VERY combative. Hopefully they just do their job and leave, but this is my warning to the rest of you. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional"

"This company is used as a thrid party contractor for American Home Sheild Appliances. We had an appointment set and they never showed or called. Once we were able to conect with them they stated that due to snow they were unable to call and cancell. There was no snow that would stop business hours. We rescheduled and the tech showed and appeared to be knowledgable and we questioned him why the company was non responsive. He replied he was just the tech. He communicated to us that it was a simple fix and that he would check through the manufactuer and get back to us. He did and stated that Frigedare would need to come. We waited and there was no call back from either PJ appliances or AHS. When we called PJ Appliances gback a young lady on a bad connection yelled at us stating they did there job and to contact AHS. We called AHS and they statsed that thecompany reported us as abusive and that we did n't take care of the appliances. AHS stated they do not repair on those basis. Currently on the phone working to assign another contractor with AHS. PJ Appliances are nonresponsive, provide false information when face to face and then completely different report to AHS, and overall unprofessional. DO NOT LET AHS SCHEDULE THEM OR USE THE AT ALL."
