"I am disappointed in your service since May of 2023. I had part of my sewage like excavated and replaced based on the recommendation of one of your technicians. A technician then came back in August and mentioned that they could hydro-jet the line to clear it, but when I call your office there was no recollection of that recommendation at your office. The issue still has not been resolved and you refuse to come back and resolve my issue due needing another work order from my home warranty provider. Legal action may be needed as I feel both Haynes Plumbing & Heating, Inc and American Water Resources have breach the contract and not made the repair satisfactory and is unacceptable as family members in my household are elderly and have health issues. This shows all you care about is the bottom line, personal paychecks and not customer satisfaction."
"DO YOUR RESEARXH BEFORE CHOOSING HAYNES!!!!!! Haynes Plumbing filed false reports to my insurance company claiming to do work with they NEVER did to restore my yard. According to their records, my yard was restored on 7/31. Here are pictures of my yard today September 25, 2023. They said they put down top soil to the tune of $995...WHERE?!?!? Why wasn't I consulted....I would prefer cement to restore my walk way so my guests can stop coming in through the garage."
"I used this company through HomeServe after another company Phi was not responsive in scheduling service for water main leak. Hanes came to my house the next day after calling said they would call me the next day to schedule a time to fix the leak and they did. The crew came out a few days later after a holiday weekend and they were very professional knowledgeable and did a great job. They returned the next day to fill the holes and seed the ground with straw. And they did this in over 90° Heat. I would use them again for such a repair."
