"I was very nervous about boarding my 9-year-old rescue for the weekend, especially since he is very shy and has had a rough life. However, I needed to be away for the weekend, and he's on medication, so leaving him unattended in the house wouldn't be safe. I also didn't feel comfortable having a stranger stop by, and I don't have anyone who can act as a pet sitter. From the first time I spoke with Lynn, through drop off and then pick up, she was such a professional and really did her best to alleviate my anxiety. She sent me pictures shortly after drop off to show me him in his room, and when I reached out to check on him over the weekend, she sent me an update and photos. Once I got him home, I could tell that he had been cared for appropriately, and he has been super affectionate and loving, so he seems to understand that Cat Naps is a great place.
