"This shop does IMPECCABLE work!!! I'm talking same day service on phones that you may think could never be fixed. My phone is close to 5 years old - no longer made. I damaged the screen so badly the day before Thanksgiving- the touch screen stopped operating entirely. I brought my phone in on black Friday - desperate after being turned away by my phone provider who doesn't offer repairs. "AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I recommend you avoid this business for your cell phone repair needs. I took my phone in with a cracked screen, and although the screen was repaired, one of the speakers (the ear piece one) was irreparably broken when I picked the phone up. They have taken no responsibility for the speaker breaking in their care, and have told me that the speaker likely "broke when the screen did, but did not stop functioning until they opened up the phone". As such I now have a phone that I can only use on speaker phone. Also, I have seen this in other reviews, but when I went to write this review, I found my account had already given them five stars, which means the employee at the store used my phone to give themselves a five star review. Avoid this place if you appreciate honesty and accountability in the businesses that you patronize."
