Jason walked me through every component systematically and was very pleasant to work with. All in all, I can rest assured that our setup is running optimally and I am less ignorant in how it generally works — a twofold benefit!"

"A technician from this company inspected the HVAC unit at my business and diagnosed that a lousy mother unit was causing a problem. The technician quoted me a cost of 2K+ to replace the unit and informed me that the wait time for the part was more than three months, which would be ready after the winter. Due to the urgency of the situation and the cold weather, I contacted a different company for a second opinion. Their technician discovered that the power cord was unplugged, and the unit had accumulated layers of dust. After cleaning the dust and plugging in the cord, the unit worked perfectly fine. The second technician concluded that there was nothing wrong with the mother unit. I paid a dispatch cost for the initial inspection, but the result/diagnosis was incorrect, and I had to seek a second opinion. This is a pure example of a bad ethical business practice. Very disappointed."

"Disclaimer: I am in the wrong region of the country to have interacted with the company directly, nor do I know a single person associated with the company. I used Google to search for information about identifying when an older furnace might need replaced (mine is 25 years old, so I might have some concern!). Grove's website was a top result and provided a lot of really helpful insight. I'll probably bite the bullet when I start to notice one or two symptoms, but I'll let it keep doing its thing until then. Thank you for providing the "9 Signs Your Furnace is Going Out" write-up.
