"Fixed my washer and over charged me. Used bad parts that made the whole house shake when you run the washer. Had him fix my fridge for $800.00 it stopped working on 6 months. I left many messages and texts to him but he does not stand behind his work. He is a cheat!!! Do not use!!"

"I received services from this company on November 18, 2021. I am late on my review because I wanted to take my time to state the actual facts here and not just a quick review with no value. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the technician came to my property on time. I requested a quote on my washer because the washer was not spinning. When the technician arrived, he started testing the machine's voltage and started the machine to read the numbers. His diagnose is what got me pretty upset since I am not a knowledgeable person in this kind of thing. I started asking questions, so he said it was a bad gear and a motor. Since I have a warranty available on my washer machine, I called GE to share with them the diagnosis from the technician; they also sent their technician because Power Tech is not part of their network. To make the story short, a technician sent by GE came to check the washer machine, and to my surprise, the only issue with my machine was a loose belt. I cannot believe that the technician from Power Tech did not even care to open the machine's front panel to rule out any other possible issues. He took less than 10 minutes to diagnose my machine with a wrong diagnosis and took my $59.00 right away. He wanted to charge me $249 to replace the parts. This makes me no to trust this company again."

"Kheri and his coworker showed up on time and explained exactly what happened to my washer and dryer( laundry center) which so many techs didn’t want to work on it because of tiny space in my house! They fixed the issue and gave me 90 days warranty for parts and labor. Satisfied and gave them a tip, I recommend this company to everyone."
