"Excellent service! Worth every penny not to mention great people. 10 stars"
"BEWARE!!!! This is a Fraudulent Business & do not recommend to anyone. You are better off taking your phone to an authorized dealer for similar price & repair warranty. We dropped our two Iphones (X max & 12 Pro Max) to be repaired on Saturday (9/21) which both needed the back part replaced. Only one could be serviced same day (Back part replacement only) and the 2nd phone needed more time due to both sides (Front & Back) needing repairs. Without our consent and knowledge, for the same day service phone (IPhone 12 max) - they replaced the front glass that had no issues when we dropped it off and our only request was to repair the back. Upon pickup, we only checked the back and the business owner failed to disclose that the front was replaced unbeknownst to us. We noticed it on own after leaving the store based on Front color quality and device notice under Settings which Apples notifies you that a non-genuine part was used. We immediately contacted the business owner and returned to the store to which they admitted the Front screen was damaged during the back repair but we were never informed of this in the first place. Prior to pickup, they called us requesting we need to pay in cash because thier credit card machine was down - Another Con tactic in my opinion. The 2nd phone (X max) which was with them for 2 days despite our $95 deposit charge had not been repaired at all. The owner claimed they had to revert it back to the original state because of our complaint within the 45mins of us in the store however but they had the phone for two (2) days claiming they needed more time. I requested for a refund since my IPhone X max was returned to me in its original state. I truly believe they take workable parts from phone to resell or use to repair another phone hoping customers will not notice. They are not trustworthy with bad customer service and the owner offered no viable solution knowing they caused more harm to our phones than when we dropped it."
"These people are robbers Arrogant and highly unprofessional. I took my iphone 12 pro max (change back glass only)and iphone Xs max (change back glass and fix the front touch screen)for repair. They charged me $140 for the back glass (12pro max n $130 for xs max and additional $95 to diagnose the front screen. Came back after a couple of hours as the told me,and paid cash for the pro max($140) as they said their machine wasnt working so i should come with cash. I picked up the pro max and was told to come back on Monday for the xs max as they needed more work. Got home noticed my screen wasn’t the same way it had blue ink on 2 side( internal screen) it showed “unknown part” in the display part under settings and also the brightness and color resolution was off. I called them the next day and was told to bring it in on monday. Get there on monday and was asked to call the manager which i did and he told me they mistakenly broke my screen while fixing the back. Not sure why he said he had to open the screen to fix the back, but okay. He now says there is nothing he can do about it. Now i cant take the phone to apple to upgrade to a new phone as it shows “unknown part”. Even to get back the other iphone was another long story, the associate at the store finally handed it to me after and hour with no work done on it and was charged $95 I was soo frustrated and he said i could call the cops or he can which i agreed to and he called the cops.i waited for more than an hour the cops didn’t show up so i had to leave and go about my business. If you are wise avoid them. Atleast learn from my experience. This wont be the end as i will take the matter up with the courts."
"The whole process of replacing my iPhone 11 screen and adding a screen protector took about 30 minutes. Great service and it works great."
"I haven’t even been able to get my desktop computer into this shop. Due to heavy, unexpected traffiC, I got to this shop 5 minutes before their posted closing time on Sunday (2:00 pm)….BUT THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED !!!! Also, it looked as if they’d been closed at least 10 minutes !!!! The guy I spoke with by phone earlier KNEW that I was coming before 2:00. I looked through the glass of the store’s door, and it was DARK (except for some lighted signs). NO sign of personnel just starting to close up….THEY WERE GONE FOR THE DAY !! That DOESN’T give me a GREAT impression. MAYBE I will just look for a place closer to me in Lanham that has GOOD reviews…..and DOESN’T leave a person stranded. That’s the SECOND computer repair shop in Laurel which has left me disappointed…."
