"6 starts for extenuating Circumstances. He fixed my phones, including a replacing an internal chip. The chip ended up failing. He took the time to walk me through trouble shooting the software. Nothing worked. He ended up coming to my house at night and replaced the failed chip under warranty and didn't even charge me labor. He didn't have to warranty it. He eat the time and cost of the repair out of his own pocket. 10 /10 will be going back next time I need an electronic device fixed."
