"If I could give a 0 rating I would. The tech took my $75 service fee and I later accepted their invoice. I was told the repair part cost $121 but they charged me $195 stating their was a 45 % markup plus shipping/handling/admin cost. I still accepted their invoice for $321. I called/emailed Stah over ten time for a week . No response. They took my $75 and disappeared."
"Tech was supposed to arrive on Friday, no call/no show. Arrived Saturday assessed the issue and said by Monday I would receive an email with the amount of part, again no email and didn’t answer the phone until I called from a different number. Said he would call back but still no call. He was paid $85 that is also supposed to be used towards the parts and service. Poor customer service…I’m left with still having to find someone to repair my stove and pay another fee to the new repair company."
"Hello everyone, I have to tell the wonderful experience that I have with Yasin today, life saver will be best word to describe him. On time, professional ethics work, replacement parts and installation super efficiently. I will recommend him anytime to my friends and family or anyone else."
"This company was the WORST! I have AHW, Amazon Home Warranty, so when my dryer died I called to put in a claim. This company texts me the next day, March 6, Friday, to tell me he will come to my house. He came to my house, saw my dryer, and told me he thinks his partner has the part in his van. Said he will be back “tomorrow” to fix it. I pay him the service charge using my credit card with his phone! That was the LAST day I ever saw him. Saturday comes but he doesn’t. I text and call, he responded back with “tomorrow.” Sunday comes but he doesn’t. His next text was "Thursday between 9-12." Thursday comes but again, he does not. Now I’m blowing up his phone and texting. Nothing. I call AHW. They call him and apparently he answers the phone on their first call. He tells them he has the part and will install it Thursday evening. Thursday evening comes but...he does not. Now, I'm really upset and worried because this man has my cc information! Friday comes, I’m calling and texting. Nothing. I call AHW again. They call him again. He picks up again. He tells them he will come today, Friday, before noon. Friday noon comes but again, this company does not. Finally, I text him and tell him if I don’t hear from him in 30 minutes I’m calling the police. I’m thinking this guy is a fraud. He came to my house and has my cc information. Guess what? He responds! He said he was “working”. Really? But not when AHW called? Anyway, he says he will come “tomorrow” which was Saturday, more than a week AFTER he said he was coming. But guess what again? He never shows. I call the police. I’m also contemplating filing a civil suit. The worst company/experience ever!!"
"The best in the city! They fixed my refrigerator within the same day of calling them. Their price was reasonable; they were fast and professional. I recommend them to anybody"
