"The workers in the store are great, and none of my problems were their fault. However, I took my laptop in for a battery repair that should have taken a week. A week passed, I HAD to call the store to ask if it was ready, which it wasn't. What was supposed to take a week took 5 and a half. And today, THE LAPTOP IS DOING THE EXACT SAME THING AS IT WAS DOING BEFORE. So it was fixed yesterday, and it's now busted again. I'd go back here for phone repairs, but I'd take my computer somewhere else."
