"Just noticed this place got some bad reviews lately, and I do not believe they are deserved. All in all they run a pretty tight shop. They are not the cheapest, but get done what they say they will do in the time they promise it. It isn't the kind of place I would recommend to someone who knows NOTHING about cars, not because they are dishonest, but because they often tell you everything that needs fixed even if it is something that does not really degrade safety or drivability. If I could give them 4.5 stars I would, my only complaint is that they are slightly higher priced than 2 other mechanics that are not quite as convenient for me."

"Useless place. just surviving on Vehicle safety inspection scam.. where they will not spend 5 mins on your vehicle but will keep you waiting for 2 hours.. $100 paid is completely waste as the staff is non technical and rude. I have been owning cars from 25 years and never spent money that useless. I am posting this as answer to your review. First of all I am an automobile engineer myself and that is why it was in black and white for me how your team is scamming people. Coming to your point , yesprocess says 2 hours but it doesn't say to just hang the vehicle for 2 hours and do nothing.. your team just raised my car on lifts and were busy doing other stuff all the time.. when i enquired again and again after 2 hours they just handed over the keys saying inspection is done... I asked a very basic question whether brake disk plates are unevenly weared, they had no answer...Just filling the report doesn't mean you have checked..."
