"Stay away from these people. After paying $400 for service that didn't fix the problem, a return visit discovered the actual problem and an additional $600 to service. The first $400 dollars could have been avoided if the tech had diagnosed the problem correctly the first time. Seems like the guy answering the phone just does that. Answers phones. He told me the tech would call me to discuss the additional problems and cost but I never heard back. I'm going to assume they are satisfied with the $400 they swindled out of me and have moved on to others. Operating under multiple names should have been a warning to me but I wasn't aware until I investigate further. They also operate under the name "Sameday Appliance Repair". Beware."

"Gill was great, provided wonderful service and fixed our washer in record time. He seem to know what the problem was, and what was broken before he looked at it, so I was very confident that he knew what he was talking about."

"Took two minutes to identify a potential issue... I had to follow up multiple times to get an estimated cost and timing of the actual repair; they finally told me they "looked everywhere but couldn't find the part" and they were sorry. Still charged me the $70 service fee, which would've gone to the repair costs. I clearly saw the part for sale on Amazon, so the whole experience feels like a scam."

"Stay away! They tried to defraud my wife, told her the dryer motor was bad ($560 repair) when we told them we thought there was an electrical fire in the control board. If you smelled anywhere near the board, you could smell burnt plastic. Called the owner, and he claimed that technicians sometimes make mistakes. Wasn't willing to take responsibility for his staff. His tech never even removed the panel to look. When I got home and pried it off, there were melted parts everywhere. Take some free advice, call someone else. Maybe they will do a good job and not try to steal your money for unneeded repairs."
