"Do not call these people. It is very expensive and when there was a cracked nut he couldn't complete the job until the next day because he didn't have the part. My husband went to Home Depot the next day to get the part since completion of the job was not promised until between 1 and 4 the next day - 24 hours later. So much for very expensive same day plumbing service. At least getting someone here first thing in the morning might have helped this review."
"If I could rate a zero, I would. I asked if there was a “service fee” when I called. The answer was “no”. When the worker arrived, he told me there was a $145 diagnostic fee. For one bathroom, he ran the hot water for 15 minutes and said the odor was because the bathroom wasn’t used enough. The second bathroom had constantly running toilet. He said I needed to replace the entire toilet in my two year old home. I purchased an $8 flapper from Amazon… the toilet is no longer running. Thanks but no thanks. I will never refer roto-rooter to anyone based on this service."
"They were excellent and solved my problem with my garbage disposal in no time! Michael, the technician (RN49460F), was very professional, kind, and willing to do whatever he can to give me a good value for his time solving the issue. It turned out to be a very simple fix, but it was worth it for me to learn how to handle this same disposal jam situation on my own in the future. He even went above and beyond with checking the water flows of my bathrooms too and gave me good advice on any improvements needed. I am glad and relieved to have a working garbage disposal again as well as having met an awesome professional. I definitely recommend the services from this particular technician. Thanks, Michael!"
