"They were great. They came out quickly and fixed the problems we were having with 3 appliances. When their first solution didn't work for our freezer, they ordered a part and were back at our house within two days. Price was reasonable."
"Called them to repair a dishwasher. They got it running again but didn't relevel the feet after pulling it out and only put one of the fasteners that keep the front cover on, other fastener is missing. Yes they got my dishwasher running but the attention to detail was non existant. Calling to pay and no one answers, then calls my wife demanding payment. Joke of a company and will use anyone else in the future."

"Called to have my stove switch repaired, tech walked in and without even touching it said they had to order the part. They never came back to repair it and my stove luckily stopped the issue I was having. They sent me a bill for $159 I called and the woman that answered accused me of bringing an experienced tech out just to diagnose and most likely repaired it myself because “ that’s what people like you do” she was yelling at me and then hung up. Beware of this company! They will walk in for 10 seconds and tell you what you already know and charge you 159 for “ labor” that never happened"
"Great service. I've had Paul out to my house twice over the last few years for dishwasher, fridge and freezer repair. I will definitely be calling again next time I have an appliance that needs repaired. Paul is knowledgeable and polite. They were able to get me in within 2 days of me calling."
