"This was the biggest disappointment in my tire purching history. I went in for a quote doe 4 tires doe my suv, I specifically asked for pricing with fees I was quoted $1088 plus tax out the door. No problem I can add 6% to that. I checked multiple times that it was corrext with fees and was told yes. So my husband takes the car in for the tires and we add and an alignment that he was quoted $99.99 plus tax for and that was fine. So a total for all of thar should have been $1258.22 with tax. They charged us $1349.16. My husband inquired about the difference and was told by the person that quoted the tires that he forgot the fees. The fees are mandated by the state and there is nothing to be done. I know my state mandates tire disposal fees and I assumed they had shop fees that is why I inquired about the price with fees. There were shop fees on the alignment. They admitted to overcharging us $16 but they can't refund that to his visa we have to wait and hope ro get a check. The math still doesn't add up my state doesn't charge that much in disposal fees so the rest are their fees. So the staff member could not even remember to add their fees. On to my 2nd issue-the quality of the work they did. There was white tire grease smeared all over the rims and the new tires . I had to scrub the tires and the rims to try toget it off. I have never had to do that with any other tire purchase. They are so lead with the grease it is still coming out from between the tire and rim. Issue 3-None of the air pressure that they put in is correct for my vehicle. The appropriate pressure is 34psi, they inflated 37-40. So I had to bleed off pressure they couldn't even make all the tires match. Their pricing policies are poor and their workmanship is also poor buyer beware!"

"Took my car there this weekend to get inspected. Buddy at the front desk was super friendly as soon as we walked in. This location had one of the most coziest and cleanest waiting areas I've ever seen as well. Everything was quick and easy to check in and out (you can do everything right from your phone). They didn't try to sell us on any crazy extra services like the dealership always seems to do, and they explained in detail what needed fixed to pass inspection and none were a big surprise to me. I think I'll be taking my car here from now on and I highly recommend you do as well. :)"
