"Called on Nov 1 to have someone visit to check out our sewage line backup, rendering any plumbing in the house unusable. Was told by the operator that they will try to send someone the next day, but if not, then certainly on Nov 3 - they take down my name, address, phone number, going over the details at least thrice. Nov 2 goes, Nov 3 comes and I call them late in the morning to confirm, only to find out there's NO record of my call/booking at all! They tell me they can get someone to me THREE DAYS LATER on Nov 6. The lady on the phone was helpful and offers to see if she can get someone sooner. Calls me back later to tell me they can get someone over after 4pm BUT that they would charge me a 50 PERCENT overtime since it's after hours, when they should have covered it themselves for messing up my booking in the first place. Mitchell Plumbing came highly recommended by our realtor but it was such a disappointing experience. After looking at some of the recent negative reviews, glad to not be working with them."

Just a few hours before a scheduled event at the building, I called and spoke directly to Danielle who was extremely professional and truly understood the concern and urgency of the issue. She had her team out to the location in less than an hour. They found and resolved the problem and there has been no issues since.
