"Top Dog groomers is the best grooming place that I’ve ever taken my dog Levi period Levi has vertigo and he needs special help while he’s being groomed. Sometimes my dog comes in matted and they de-matt him and he looks like the most handsome boy in the world when I pick him up. They are very kind there and always listen to what I would like for my boy. I recommend them to everybody and anybody. Thank you ladies for doing such a great job with my baby."

"My original appointment was scheduled for 3:00pm, I received a message to come in at 1:00pm instead. Not a problem. I brought my dog in, and they said that they will text me once he is ready. I ran some errands and came back over a hour later and my dog was still in the crate , not even touched yet. When I came inside the lady mentioned that she didn’t even start on my dog yet. I find this to be unacceptable , since my dog had to wait for over an hour and he was clearly upset. You can’t tell someone to come earlier in 2 hours before the original time , and make him wait in an environment he has never been in before."

"So… Visited this place several times. 1st visit was great. THEN my Pomeranian was cut so awful and short TWICE that his hair still hasn’t grown yet (it’s passed half a year already). I didn’t write the comment before, BUT the masters damaged my little one’s hair coat (Pomeranian is a breed that can not be cut so short). And it was done after I told several times not to make it SHORT. In addition, my dog had bleeding from his paw after 2nd awful visit. I’m very disappointed in the salon and masters, because they don’t know how to work properly with breeds. And right now my dog’s hair is damaged and I try to heal it."
