"Very nice room with comfortable beds. It was a quiet hotel that houses homeless people. We were stuck there due to our vehicle breaking down. I would stay here again."

"A dump at best! Mice drippings, can hear them too.a lot of people who made this home and rooms are packed to the gills! Parking lot is the hang out spot, water was warm / no where near hot! Lots of trash overflowing in parkinglot trash cans. Building drunks who also work here. Housekeeping doesn't speak English or so they say and can't even understand and interpreter from my phone. Anyway, they come at 9-10 to pick up trash n dirty linens and bring them back around 2 -3 They must only have enough for your room because they bring back the same exact ones. When I asked for the room to be cleaned she left the cart by the door n disappeared so I cleaned it myself (your welcome) I'm sure I did a much better job anyway! When she finally returned with the linens, she sat the bag of them at the door and walked away. I said thanks, I'll finish the rest of your job! Then we have the uneducated man at the desk who charged me a daily cash fee of $10 because I couldn't provide a certificate of a service animal. (It's illegal for both) I hope he enjoyed lunch on me daily for 3 weeks This city is just miserable... Rude, snoody and way overpriced! Stay away!!!! I was only here to travel with a friend for work, never again! I've been to several states with him or myself for vacations by far the nastiest one and for the low low price of $100-$125 a night! Only upside, no bed bugs!!! PS stayed at several ramadas now, they just need to shut down!"

"Just a sad experience overall. Certainly a scuzzy feel just from the general lack of cleanliness to the exterior. Evidence of long term residents gave us an uneasy feelings. Thank goodness flooring was planked and all the amenities were present. Of course it is just something that happens sometimes but there was a water leak the first night from the long termers bathroom right above our toilet. We checked out the next day and the manager was very gracious about early checkout. We will not stay there again. This motel is a negative reflection on the Wyndham brand."

"We arrived and instantly turned off by the exterior of the building. The man at the counter was rude as I was trying to check in, we were given instructions to go to a different building around back. When arriving to our room number we went to opent the door and there was already someone in there. After we startled the guest trying to enjoy themselves (not sure how in these rooms), we returned to the front desk where we had to wait for someone to come back. We were finally given our room number and entered. The room was terrible. Cigarette smell and cat smell in our room. Cigarette holes in the blankets. White residue on the tables. The decent part is at least there were no bed bugs. We were finally able to fall asleep after cleaning and wiping down. However we were woken up by someone trying to enter our room with a key!!!! Still haven't brought myself to bring my stuff up here from the car and it is now the next morning. Bathroom tub is sketchy and all the furniture is falling apart with wood splinting. 2 years ago I was in hotels for a few months after our home burnt down. From PA to Florida and back and only once did I run into anything like this. And it was another Ramada. I should have known better, I know but here we are trying to give the company a second chance Do not recommend"
