"Very poor customer service and request system. Submitted a request for a quote on two tires about a week ago. No one has reached out via email or phone. Like others have said It would have been nice if they just communicated if you’re booked or not but to not communicate at all…. Unacceptable."

"Ordered two tires for my car. Within an hour or so they were being installed. The installer was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and speedy. I though I had struck gold with this company. The first time that I drive my car after the installation I noticed that my tire pressure warning light was flashing. I check the pressure and all was good. I assumed that the light just was on because of the new tires and that it would go away. I did not have the finances to have this checked by the dealer at the time. Once the finances were in place, I took my car to the dealership. I was told by the technician there that my sensors for the tire pressure system had been broken during the installation. The system could no longer communicate and that is why the light now flashes. I contacted the company two weeks ago concerning this issue. No one has reached out to my in an attempt to resolve this issue. I had planes on using this company to replace my two rear tires and my spare but will now use another company. Although highly convenient, I do not recommend using this company."

"The measure of good service can only be determined when an issue occurs. How do they deal with it? I ordered my tires from Mobile Tire Guy on one day and they were at my house at 7:30 the next morning. There was a minor problem with the installation. By the time I noticed, the guy who did my installation was in another county. They had another team to me in 20 minutes and I was on my merry way. These guys have it all. Price and service. I have been in retail and customer service for 40 years. Mobile Tire Guys have earned a customer for life."
