"Airtron came out to trouble water coming from furnace in November. The tech said it was water from the AC from the cooling season. We dried up the water. Guess what more water inside and outside the furnace a month later. I scheduled a follow up for today. They did not show up. I called to find out what happened the person taking calls said there was nothing scheduled. I let her know I would call another company. I called Frederick Air they will be out later today."

"The HVAC units in my home were presumably originally installed by Air Tron, since they have stickers with their phone number on the ductwork. So, I called them when my heater didn't work. I scheduled a timeframe of 8am-12pm . They showed up around 4pm. Didn't fix the problem after trying to diagnose for 2 hours (I had to google what the display codes meant for the tech) - the tech said they would work on scheduling someone to come fix it. He suspected they needed to go on my roof, and it was cold and dark so he didn't want to do it. I understood. He charged me $266. When I called Air Tron back the next morning (after another night of no heat with an infant in the house), they sounded confused and kept me on hold for a bit, then the lady came back on the phone and told me to just "Be patient," and someone would reach out. I called a different company in the meantime, and they had my problem fixed before Air Tron ever called me back. They didn't need to go on the roof - the gas valve needed to be replaced. "On a Sunday morning, the day after I called about a heater issue I was having, a very capable technician came out to my northern VA home and began troubleshooting the issue. This ended up being a rare issue with a melted switch, but the tech never gave up, even after checking power levels inside and outside the home along with the fuse and breaker. I'm very pleased with the service I received and recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs."

"I had water leak and I called airtron to complain. Immediately the next morning, a service tech named Ahmed came out to help. he was so very helpful and dedicated to identifying the problem. He carefully explained and walked me through the issue and the process of what needs to be resolved. He was very communicative and thorough in solving the problem. Thanks to Ahmed, my A/C system is now fully operational. Thanks Airtron for having Ahmed come out to resolve my emergency HVAC issue."

"Classless and rude!!!! Hanging up in a customers ear. After your technician installed a fealthy unit. They also installed a dented outside unit as well!!!! McArthy AC had to come to the rescue overnight as AirTran a larger based company refused to address their own system that got installed in a brand new 1.5 million dollar home. Not even money can buy class. But when I am done filing my consumer protection complaint. Maybe then they will rethink how they should treat their customers. Ms Julia!!!!"
