"Our water went out on friday. It's monday, and our water is back. I called Miller up for help, and they sent two very knowledgeable, courteous, and hard-working technicians to troubleshoot and repair our well. They ended up needing to replace our wires going down the well instead of just replacing our whole entire system. Showed me where the wire had worn through and eventually broke. Mind you, our system is 23 years old. I was completely prepared to have to replace the pump, knowing the lifespan is about 20 years as stated. They showed me the pump and showed that it was still very much in good condition. they were very informative and professional to keep me updated, and taught me a lot about my well as they did their work. They checked my pressure tank as well, and showed that it was also losing pressure, and explained how a pressure tank not holding pressure will make the well pump need to run more often, causing it to wear out sooner, so I had them go ahead and replace it.They had all the parts and tools with them, so it went pretty quickly. (Aside from me hanging around and asking questions while they tried to keep working, lol. )This checks out because we've had abnormally high electric bills and couldn't figure out why. A frequently running 220 load would probably have something to do with it. When I got the bill, they gave me a thorough breakdown of the costs for parts and labor, and I cross checked the parts cost online, and it was fair. Their hourly rate for 2 guys that didn't slack off and busted their humps all day in the hot and humid July heat was more than fair. Will use them again."
