"My husbands truck has rust on the bed and went to 'these people' they told him to buy a new bed and they would put it on... TO LAZY TO DO THE BODY WORK NEEDED!!! They also fixed one of my elderly customers truck that had been in an accident, all they did was spray BLACK paint over the damage on her RED truck. Sure they will do some peoples work, if it is easy and if it is an insurance job... they are also way over priced... and they ARE rude!"

"Shop owner told me my vehicle was totaled because the motor wouldn't turn over. I asked if he tried to diagnose it and he said no because it's a lost cause. A buddy and I picked it up on a scrap trailer with a winch. He was rude and made fun of us for not having a better trailer. I got the vehicle home and had it running that evening. Had to pay them 6 days of storage fees and I don't even think they tried to fix my vehicle"
"My son's truck was totaled in an accident. I went to Riverside collision to look at the vehicle. At that time my son's belongings were still present in the vehicle. I was told I wasn't allowed to take any of it until I gave them $200 and the title to the truck. I went home to get the title and when I returned they had taken all of his belongings, and insisted they did not. These people are lying thieves!"
