Not only would he not assist in giving me a phone number to contact, he said I am not his client and I should use Google to find my information. I am listed as a Cert Holder on the COI, and was only asking for the phone number for claims or any phone number for the Insurance Company Insuring his client. He has NO sense of customer service."
