"I purchased three gorgeous pieces for over $150. Within three days, 2/3 pieces were damaged (crystals fell out of them). I should mention I work a desk job at home so they weren’t put through anything rigorous. I went back the next weekend to return all three. The associate agreed to give me my money back for the two damages pieces. She also let me return the third undamaged piece but not without mentioning they don’t usually accept returns, but they would in this case."
