"Owner rude and complained about me to my daughter when she picked my dog up after grooming and grooming is why i bring her in, not to be complaint about, assuming i dont brush my dog...are you kidding me!!!!!!!!...plus she got fleas every time i brought her in...thank you, you gave me the push i need to do the job myself. I would give a zero if i could, Never again!!!!!!"
"Owner is rude over phone . My dog came home with cuts on snout, legs and near other delicate areas. Will be searching for new groomer."
"My recent experience: came early to pick up my dogs. Stood back so dog would not see me and struggle to get off the table, as he is a hard groom to begin with. Dog didn’t see me, neither did groomer. What happened next was quite upsetting. My dog was being yelled at and with a peek or two, roughed up a bit. Obscenities were flying from the groomer. Particularly the “F-word” and she called my dog an “A-hole”. Then the groomer started trash talking me to my own dog?! She threatened to “slam-dunk” my dog if he bit her (he has never bitten anyone), and I was about to end the whole affair, but stood frozen and unsure how to handle this all. Been using this groomer for about 5 years, so she is accustomed to this dog. I have always tipped her 20%, hoping it would afford my dogs a little TLC. The worst part is my dog is a 12 pound, middle-aged, timid, handicapped dog. Not cool Sharon, not cool at all. This was an awful thing to witness and also to realize someone you trusted has betrayed that trust. I have already commissioned a new groomer and won’t be returning to Picture Perfect again. If you use this groomer, which I don’t recommended, stay with your pet, especially if if they are known to be difficult canine clients."
"If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped my dog off for a basic wash and cut, but I didn't know the owner would take it literally. When we arrived to pick her up, both of her ears were bloody about an inch above the tip of each. They were obvious cuts from the clippers as we could clearly see the blade lines. The owner argued with us claiming that her eats were bloody because she shook her head too much. Needless to say, we brought her to the vet immediately, who said she was certain the wounds were from clippers and wrote a letter stating that.. the shop ended up paying the vey bill after yet another arguments! I wouldn't send any animal to her for any type of service ever again!"
