For five years I thought I had good coverage, until I needed it. I found out I did not have the coverage I was told I would have. "One Staff in office went off on me when i tell her what she saying doesn't add up. She hung up on me before she claimed im rude......ok....how?.... I did not talk to her in a loud tone or cuss ..... She says she dont lie getting attitude with me saying are notes are accurate getting lippy!! I couldn't even explain to her why her notes were incorrect as she kept on. So let me get this straight you get an attitude with me cause I'm saying what you say sounds incorrect and because I say that I have an attitude?? What planet are you from lady?? But you start getting huffy with me!!!!!! Im definitely calling the BBB ect on this place. Notes were not accurate!!"

"This place is not responsible enough to be in business. Fran does not answer the phone and uses excuses not to. When my auto dealership tried calling her, they couldn’t get anyone on the phone, after five tries. They ended up calling the corporate office. She should not be allowed to be in business , because that’s no way to run a business. I have recently switched insurance companies after being with Allstate since I was sixteen, I’m now 64. I also am getting better coverage for less money per year. My rates with Fran steadily increased every time it was due. When Fran knew I was leaving, she called to ask me if it was something she had done, I told her well it couldn’t be you, you don’t do anything!"

"Frann is very helpful. She is prompt to return calls and follows up on different requests. She and her team are always pleasant and professional. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure things are taken care of. We have been with Frann for 4 years and she does our home and auto. We make a lot of claims (unfortunately) and she is great to work with and takes time to explain things and gets the best outcome for the client."
