"Let me start off by saying I'm not one who likes paying for insurance. However, it's something we all have because of need, regulation or both. When I look back at how much I've paid for various types of insurance over my lifetime, it actually makes me sick. But I guess I'm one of the lucky ones because I haven't had to use it much. "Bill Metz, I have been a customer for 4 years, however I have not gotten a call back from my 4 messages I have left for you in the last three weeks. I wanted to add a property onto my policy, however I have never run into a situation where I could not get someone to call me back to take on more business. If I dont have a call back today I will look for another provider for all 4 of my properties."
