"I've given this company 1 star only because 0 wasn't an option. This has been the only insurance company I've had since I started driving over 20 years ago. I recently switched companies because their rates were outrageous for a used car that I recently purchased. Months after cancelling I received a collections notice with Nationwide as the creditor (no communication directly from Nationwide) for money owed for insurance coverage well after the date of my cancellation. The girls that work at this location are 2 of the most unhelpful people I've ever had to conduct business with. Their tone was accusatory as if I really owed the amount even after sending them proof that I did not. They never got back to me once they received my proof to let me know if it had been taken care of. They just sent a refund check, which I appreciated but where's the customer service? I then sent an email to ask if they would notify the collections agency and still have yet to receive a reply after another month has gone by. I contacted the collections agency only to find out (today) the debt is still outstanding. I will never do business with or recommend anyone to business with this company."
